Steven Minchen is a Broker Associate with Compass and a longtime affiliate member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association. With a 30-year career in San Francisco Bay Area residential real estate, Steven works closely with Probate, Family Law, and Trust & Estate attorneys throughout the region, helping their clients navigate the real estate side of legal transactions—from probate sales to divorce-related property matters.
Steven is also a member of the San Francisco Bar Association, and his professional recognitions include being named one of the country’s top real estate agents by The Wall Street Journal (2018–2023). He holds certifications as a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and Certified International Property Specialist, among others, and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
